FREE indoor walk program with warm up and cool down exercises led by a trained walk leader.

• Walk with others in a group
• Get fit and make new friends
• Suitable for beginners, those with a walking frame or pram or even the power walker!
• A trained walk leader will help you walk at your pace
• No need to worry about poor weather, barking dogs or footpaths
• The walk is indoors and it’s SAFE
• You can enjoy a drink or refreshment afterwards or even do your shopping.

Walk starts at 7.30am every Thursday and finishes at 8.30am.
