FREE indoor walk program with warm up and cool down exercises led by a trained walk leader.

- No need to worry about poor weather, barking dogs or footpaths
- The walk is indoors and it’s safe
- You can enjoy a drink or refreshment afterwards or even do your shopping.
Walk starts at 7.30am every Thursday and finishes at 8.30am.
